SCHOOL MEETS INDUSTRY!
Lippstadt technology students explore the world of work at WIAG and work with metal in the training workshop
Last week, we welcomed 11 pupils from the technology course at Drost-Rose-Realschule and their teacher, Ms. Dag, to our company!
The visitors from the Lippstadt secondary school were given an exciting insight into our working world.
Our presentation on the company's history and our production focus within mechanical drive technology was met with great interest! There was also interesting information about our training program for cutting machine operators.
After the company tour, the technology students were able to get hands-on in our training workshop and make their own metal pen stand.
At the end there was a WIAG quiz with small prizes for attentive listeners!
