Since heat treatments are a decisive building block in the quality of drive components, we only collaborate with certified hardening plants. These establishments are able to carry out material testing in their laboratories and then present carefully documented heat treatment processes.

Hardness measurement, material analysis and grinding evaluations all lead to measurable quality.
In order to guarantee uninterrupted levels of supreme quality, every single heat treatment has to be checked and documented during its entire process by an all-embracing batch monitoring system. Batch records with all the relevant measurement data can be called up for every individual order even after a long period of time.
