Rights For The Individual

By contacting our Data Protection Officer via the details given, you can exercise the following rights at all times:

  • Receiving information about your personal details stored in our system and the processing thereof,
  • Rectifying of incorrect personal details,
  • Deleting of your data stored in our systems,
  • Restricting of data processing if we are not yet permitted to delete your data on account of legal obligations,
  • Objecting to the processing of your data in our systems and
  • Transferability of data if you have consented to data processing or if you have entered into a contract with us.

You can also always lodge a complaint with your relevant regulatory authority. The disclosing of further data is optional. Details furnished by you are saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and also for the handling of any potential follow-up questions. After completion of your query or inquiry, your personal data will be automatically deleted.

Use Of Matomo

This website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open source software designed for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. Matomo uses so-called cookies, i.e. text files which are saved on your PC and which enable an analysis of your use of a website.

Information generated by the cookie regarding the way in which you use the internet is stored in a server in Germany.

The IP address will be immediately anonymised following processing and prior to its storage.
