School Meets Industrial Practice

Drost-Rose Middle School Students in the Technology Course Get a Taste of the Workplace at WIAG!

Fifteen curious 8th-grade technology students from Drost-Rose Middle School recently visited us, accompanied by their teacher, Ms. Lammert.

Following our presentation at the annual career fair for Lippstadt’s secondary schools, the technology course students were now able to get a firsthand look at our operations.

They gained exciting insights into our industrial work environment, learned about our company’s history, and discovered our focus on mechanical drive technology.

A highlight for those interested in technology: our apprenticeship program for machining technicians.

To wrap things up, there was a WIAG quiz with small prizes for the most attentive participants.
